The school was stated in 1989. The school is owned by the Diocese of Mt Kenya Central. It has been performing well all the years. It is set upon a hill 1 km off Maragua, Murang’a main road (Turn of about 200 meters from Maragua River bridge) on your way towards Murang’a(In Karaha). Our driving force is “SETTING THE PACE” in term of Academics, Discipline and Moulding a whole person. The school is now Mixed Day and Boarding Primary School with lower grades i.e. from Play group –Class 8. 
NB: Boarding section starts from class 4.
The school has 9 Support staff and 12 Teachers and 164 learners currently. In Last year’s KCPE, the school had a M.S.S. of 315.20. 

The new Head teacher of the School is Fraciah W. Kuria, who has been performing well in the county though in a public school. She has a wealth of experience in management. So we hope to move to the heights in the future through her leadership.
